Our Process

Model the Projects

Upon receiving a deck, financial projection or dataroom for the project(s), our acquisition specialists will run a financial model on the opportunity to verify that the project(s) meet our investment criteria.

Provide an Offer

If the project(s) meet the investment criteria, Orange will issue you a term sheet with our offer. Upon agreeing to high-level terms, we then move to the Due Diligence period and provide a Purchase Contract for review.

Due Diligence

Upon receiving a deck, financial projection or dataroom for the project(s), our acquisition specialists will run a financial model on the opportunity to verify that the project(s) meet our investment criteria.

Close the Acquisition

Once due diligence is complete, we will work together in finalizing the Purchase Contract to bring it to execution form. Upon signing, we then work together through the Milestones until the project has been completed
